Terms & Conditions

Thank you for your interest in our activities. We invite you to carefully read the following provisions as they present the general conditions of donations for the Moroccan Food Bank. The “click” you will perform after filling out the donation form constitutes the validation of your donation and will be an irrevocable acceptance of these general conditions. Consequently, you can only make a donation if you accept the conditions outlined below.

Preamble: The following general donation conditions govern all transactions established on the Moroccan Food Bank website. Any donation made on this site implies the donor’s unconditional and irrevocable acceptance of these conditions. The Moroccan Food Bank is a non-profit and non-political association governed by Decree No. L58.376 of 3 Joumada I 1378 (November 15, 1958).

Definitions: In the context of the contract, each of the expressions mentioned above shall be understood according to its definition, as follows:

“Distance contract”: any contract regarding donations between the Moroccan Food Bank and a Donor within the framework of a distance donation system organized by the Moroccan Food Bank, which exclusively uses the Internet until the conclusion of the contract, including the conclusion of the contract itself.

“Donor”: Any natural person who, in this contract, acts for personal purposes.

“Donation Form”: a document indicating the characteristics of the donation made by the Donor and which must be confirmed by a “click” to commit to it.

“Donation”: the act by which the Donor commits to making a donation, and the Moroccan Food Bank commits to receiving it.

Making a donation: After selecting the desired donation amount, the amount is automatically added to your donation form. When you have finished, validate your donation by clicking the “Send” button. Once validated, your donation is non-refundable but may be justifiable.

Donation allocation: If your donation is made during a specific fundraising campaign, it will be automatically allocated to the relevant project. Outside of a fundraising campaign, the Moroccan Food Bank may inform you of the project to which your donation has been allocated upon request sent to the address [INSERT EMAIL ADDRESS]. The Moroccan Food Bank is not obliged to provide a financial report to the donor.

Payment method: To make your donation by credit card, you choose the payment method from those offered by the Moroccan Food Bank (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, CMI). Your account will be debited on the day following the transaction confirmation date. Your credit card payment is secured by the Interbank Monetary Center, which provides a fully secure payment service. The Donor guarantees to the Moroccan Food Bank that they have the funds and any necessary authorizations to use the chosen payment method when validating the donation form. In the case of payment by credit card, the provisions regarding fraudulent use of the payment method in the agreements between the Donor and the card issuer, as well as between the Moroccan Food Bank and its bank, apply.

Data confidentiality: The information requested from you is necessary for processing your donation and is treated confidentially. You have the right to rectify data concerning you. You may receive acknowledgments and newsletters from the Moroccan Food Bank. If this is not your wish, you can simply inform us at the following address: [INSERT EMAIL ADDRESS].
